Night Stalkers vs 1st time player playing Dwarves
My Band I forgot my booster cards so just the basics hear..
Butcher and Butcher Commander, 2 reapers, 1 shadowhound, 3 specters, 2 horrors, 1 phantom, no equipment
Story just a random roving force of darkness attacking a farmstead. ravaging supplies to keep the opponents force weak
Capture the supplies scored on turn 5*.
Objectives = Left: Camp site, Middle: Well Right: a stash
Nice walls to protect from some ranged in the middle so my bulk force goes center right and a faster force will try and tangle with the left.
Ranger dwarves
Advance around the pond

Hound and phantom try to engage the rangers but its slow going in the Forrest

Defenders arrive and smashing commences
Hansel and Gretel hover around the right objective stash around turn 3
Reapers still advancing.
Activation and power dice he kills my Butcher pesky elemental with stable and 1 hp hanging in there
Rangers Still holding there ground left.

Battles Fully Joined at campsite objective blood everywhere!
My Commander Butcher disengages and takes a wound but charges Elemental slaying it! i think my Phantom then kills the dwarf spear bearer
His grey commander is by the tree..hes been speed boosting the team most turns
We call it here.(1 -2 turns early) Game too Night stalkers as they currently hold 2 objectives I think the dwarfs could have taken me down with luck, would have been close, my night stalkers are very wounded at this point ..but he is quite slow.. but his rangers could possible take me off the middle objective..
he still needs to secure the left flank where as I have the right and he'll have a fight on his hands to try and steal the middle
